Understanding your AuDHD
changes everything

...and with the right support understanding

becomes transformation

Understand Your Brain

We gently explore how your ADHD, autistic or AuDHD mind works — your patterns, your overwhelm points, your strengths and the real barriers that keep tripping you up.

Build Support That Fits You

Together we create simple, compassionate systems and emotional scaffolding that work with your wiring, not against it. No shame, no 'try harder', just practical support, built with you because nobody knows you better than you know yourself!

Strengthen Your Foundations

We work together to turn small, doable steps into steady momentum that you can sustain. You get ongoing adjustments, encouragement, and a space where progress feels possible and sustainable.

My role is to help you reach a point where you no longer need coaching.

Are you ready to understand yourself
 & create sustainable change?

Do you recognise yourself in any of these?

Many ADHD and AuDHD people move through life feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or like they’re constantly working twice as hard just to keep up.

The experiences below are simply examples — common patterns that many neurodivergent folks relate to. You don’t need to match all of them (or any of them) perfectly.

Take a moment to read through and notice whether any of these feel familiar for you.

You look functional on the outside, but inside you’re disconnected, drained, and misunderstood.

Pretending to be fine is costing you more than anyone realises.

You need structure, scaffolding, and gentle accountability that respects your neurotype.

Not pressure. Not shame. Not neurotypical systems that don’t fit your brain.

You push through overwhelm until you crash, then rebuild yourself just enough to repeat the pattern.

You’re exhausted, ashamed, and scared it’ll happen again.

Planning, prioritising, switching tasks, and following through feel harder than they should.

You know what to do… your brain just won’t cooperate.

Either you’re pulled so deeply into one thing that everything else disappears… or you can’t start at all.

Life admin, routines, and selfcare fall away, even when you want to do them.

Big feelings, quick reactions, rejection sensitivity, and a nervous system that’s easily overwhelmed.

Once you’re  activated, calming down feels impossible.

You don’t have to keep struggling alone.
