Hello - I'm Emma,
I was late‑diagnosed after 35 years of feeling out of place - pushing through burnout, masking, misdiagnosis and trying to follow a “manual for life” that never seemed to fit.
Understanding my autism and ADHD (combined-type) brain didn’t magically fix everything, but it helped me make sense of experiences I’d carried for years: the hormonal storms, the battles with food, the darkest thoughts, the relationships that broke, and the times when life simply stopped from burnout and having to rebuild from scratch.
Finding the world of neurodiversity changed everything. The exhaustion, the overwhelm, and the constant “why is this so hard?” had context. But diagnosis doesn’t come with instructions, and I had to learn how to be kinder to myself, how to listen to my brain, and how to create a life that actually works for me.
I also had to help my family understand my brain, my needs, and the way I move through the world. That’s been its own journey — one filled with learning, unlearning, and finding language for things I’d masked for decades
This is why I trained with ADHD Works to became an ADHD & AuDHD coach.
I want people to have a space where they can show up as themselves — without shame, without judgement, and without needing to tidy their experiences up. A space where compassion comes first, and where you are supported to understand your brain and build a life that feels more like yours...diagnosis or not.

If you’re overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck in the same loops I once lived in, you’re not alone.
You don’t have to figure this out by yourself.

My Qualifications
So you can feel confident you’re working with someone who’s committed to safe, ethical, evidence‑informed support.

Advanced AuDHD Coach
My AuDHD Coaching qualification through ADHD Works trained me in the AuDHD Paradox Framework™
This specialist coaching qualification is CPD‑accredited and at the time of writing this is the first, and only, course of it's kind worldwide!
This qualification gives me the tools to support AuDHD clients with sensory needs, monotropism, burnout cycles, emotional intensity, communication differences and executive‑function challenges in a way that feels safe, validating and genuinely helpful.

ADHD Coach
I’m also certified in ADHD Coaching through ADHD Works, after being assessed in their CPD‑accredited Executive Functioning Coaching Framework™
This is a practical, evidence‑informed model that supports the core challenges ADHD adults face with planning, prioritising, motivation, task initiation, emotional regulation and follow‑through.
This qualification allows me to tailor coaching to the way ADHD brains actually work, breaking down overwhelm into simple, doable steps and creating systems that support your executive functioning rather than fighting against it.

BSc (Hons) Psychology
My BSc (Hons) Psychology Degree gives me a strong foundation in how the mind works, why we behave the way we do, and how cognitive and emotional patterns develop.
This academic grounding ensures my coaching is rooted in psychological research, ethical practice and evidence‑based understanding — so the support I offer is not only compassionate and lived‑experience‑led, but also professionally informed and responsible.
I am also a trained Mental Health First Aider through NHS England

Why Me?
I care about this work because I’ve lived the overwhelm, burnout, masking, and confusion personally. Being late‑diagnosed meant years of trying to function with the wrong manual and feeling misunderstood by everyone — including myself.
Finally understanding my AuDHD brain changed everything, and now I’m committed to helping others find that same clarity, compassion, and relief.
No one should have to navigate this alone, and you deserve support that truly fits your you and your neurotype.
